UPSC NDA 1 2025: The National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I) 2025 official notification has been made public by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The purpose of this test is to find applicants for the 117th INAC and 155th NDA courses, which will begin in January 2026. Online applications will be accepted from December 11, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Application Fee
For candidates in the General and OBC categories, the application cost for the UPSC NDA (I) 2025 is ₹100; however, SC, ST, and female candidates are not required to pay. The charge can be paid in cash at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch or online using a credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking. In order to finish the payment procedure, candidates who choose to “Pay by Cash” must create the Pay-in-slip prior to the application deadline.
NDA 1 2025 Selection Process
There are two steps in the choosing procedure. The written exam comes first and consists of two papers: the General Ability Test (600 points) and Mathematics (300 marks), for a total score of 900. Inaccurate responses are subject to negative marking.
Those who pass the written exam advance to the SSB Interview, which has a maximum score of 900 and evaluates psychological, personality, and intelligence traits. The sum of the written exam and SSB interview scores is used to create the final merit list.
Application Process for UPSC NDA 1 2025
Candidates must go to the official UPSC online application page in order to apply for the UPSC NDA (I) 2025. New candidates need to fill out the One-Time Registration (OTR) form. Following registration, applicants must complete the online application, attach the necessary files (photo ID, signature, and photo), and pay the application fee, if any.
Candidates are encouraged to keep or print a copy of the application form for future use after it has been successfully submitted.
