Selected candidates will be posted at NCLT benches across the country, with an all-India transfer liability.
Eligibility Criteria
1. For Judicial Member
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria under Section 409(2) of the Companies Act, 2013:
- Judge of a High Court or has previously held this position.
- District Judge with a minimum of 5 years of service.
- Advocate of a Court with at least 10 years of experience.
(Judicial or tribunal-related experience will also be considered in some cases.)
2. For Technical Member
Candidates must fulfill one of the following as per Section 409(3) of the Companies Act, 2013:
- Minimum of 15 years as a member of the Indian Corporate Law Service or Indian Legal Service at the rank of Secretary or Additional Secretary.
- Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or Company Secretary with at least 15 years of practice.
- Proven expertise (15+ years) in areas like industrial finance, management, restructuring, or investment.
- At least 5 years of experience as a presiding officer of a Labour Court or Tribunal.
Age Limit

Salary and Tenure for NCLT Recruitment 2024
Pay Scale: 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Level 15.
Tenure: five years, subject to the age limit of sixty-five, with the potential of reappointment for a further five-year term.
For government employees or those on higher pay scales, pay protection is an option.

Carefully complete the online application, attach the necessary files, and send it in by 5:30 PM on December 29, 2024. Within ten days of the online application deadline, candidates employed by the government or other organizations must submit their applications via the appropriate channel.
